VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Assistance in preparing travel documents. 

2. Meeting and escorting guests from/to the ship in a separate vehicle.

3. Assistance in obtaining visas on arrival and TAX FREE.

4. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

5. Wi-Fi, newspapers, cable TV.

Please notethat there is a separate VIP parking for clients of the VIP lounge. To access the VIP parking, when placing an order, you must indicate the number and make of the car.

The maximum time spent in the VIP lounge upon departure or arrival is 3 hours, during transit - 4 hours.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the flight departure.

• An airport employee will meet the passenger at the entrance to the terminal and escort him to the VIP lounge.

• The employee will help the passenger go through the necessary pre-flight procedures and check in luggage.

• The passenger is located in a comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to use additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding the passenger is invited to the exit and taken to the plane in a separate car.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the terminal in the terminal, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a name plate or a sign with the inscription “VIP”, and introduce himself. In the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, the passenger will be waited on a separate transport at the ramp, after which he will be taken to the VIP lounge.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives luggage receipts to the VIP lounge employee . The baggage will be delivered by an employee to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger undergoes passport control, customs inspection and the necessary post-flight procedures, accompanied by an employee in the VIP lounge in an expedited manner.

• The passenger spends the time before the luggage is delivered to the VIP lounge in a comfortable VIP lounge, where he can take advantage of additional services.
