VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Separate pre-flight inspection in the VIP lounge.

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

4. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

5. Expedited passport and customs inspection procedures.

Please note that bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

If necessary, employees can meet the passenger at the entrance to the VIP lounge and help with the delivery of luggage to the check-in counter. To do this, you need to contact the VIP lounge employee 10 minutes before arrival by phone: +7 846 966-59-93.

To get to the VIP parking, you must indicate the number and make of the car when placing an order.< /p>

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance (at least 1.5 hours before the flight departure), go to the VIP lounge on your own and go to the check-in counter.

• A VIP lounge employee checks in for the flight and checks in baggage.

• p>Pre-flight inspection is also carried out in the VIP lounge.

• Next, the passenger waits to board the flight in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• 40 minutes before boarding, a VIP lounge employee will invite the passenger to undergo passport and customs inspection procedures, which are carried out in the main terminal building in an accelerated manner. The passenger will be transported to the main terminal building by separate transport.

• After completing the necessary procedures, the passenger independently proceeds to the boarding gate. Boarding the plane is carried out on a general basis.
