VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport in advance (at least 1 hour before flight departure), go to the VIP lounge on their own and contact check-in counter.

• The VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• Next, the passenger waits for boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate.

Arrival procedure:

• Upon exiting the ramp (or in the transit area), the passenger is met by a VIP lounge employee holding a “VIP” sign. The passenger must independently approach the employee, introduce himself and hand over the luggage tags if he has checked luggage.

• The luggage will be received by the employee and delivered to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is escorted to the VIP lounge, where, while waiting for baggage collection, he can take advantage of a range of additional services.
