VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please note that bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport in advance (at least 1 hour before departure for domestic flights and at least 1 hour before departure) 5 hours - for international), go to the VIP lounge on your own and go to the check-in counter.

• A VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• The passenger awaits boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• Pre-flight procedures are carried out in an expedited manner, accompanied by an airport employee.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the ramp in comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself .

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge in comfortable transport.

• Post-flight procedures are carried out in an expedited manner, accompanied by an airport employee.

• Waiting in the VIP lounge for baggage claim, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
