VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please note that the driver can drive up to a separate entrance to the VIP lounge. The first 15 minutes of parking are free.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before departure . The driver can drive up to a separate entrance to the VIP room (15 minutes of free parking).  The passenger independently enters the VIP lounge and goes to the check-in counter.

• A VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• The passenger awaits boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• Pre-flight procedures are carried out in an expedited manner, accompanied by an airport employee.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the ramp in comfortable transport.

Procedure arrival:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge in comfortable transport.

• Waiting at VIP baggage claim room, passengers can take advantage of a range of additional services.
