VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions, as well as take advantage of a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the aircraft on individual transport.

2. Check-in, baggage handling and pre-flight inspection at the VIP terminal.

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable relaxation area.

4. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please note that in order to access a separate closed VIP parking lot and obtain a pass, you must indicate the number and make of your car when placing your order or call + 7-903-163-20-48 15-20 minutes before arrival.

The cost of the service includes delivery of 2 pieces of luggage for one passenger, the 3rd and each subsequent piece are paid additionally.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the flight departure.

• If necessary, an airport employee will meet the passenger at the entrance to the terminal and help the passenger with the delivery of hand luggage and luggage. To do this, 15 minutes before arrival, you must call +7-495-255-21-21 or +7-495-436-22-10.

• Check-in for the flight, baggage check-in and pre-flight inspection are carried out in the VIP terminal.

• Then the airport employee will escort the passenger to the VIP lounge, where the passenger will be able to use additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• After the boarding announcement, the VIP lounge employee will escort the passenger to boarding. In case of remote aircraft parking - the passenger will be delivered to the ramp in a separate vehicle.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the telerap in the terminal, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee who will meet him with a "VIP" sign and introduce himself. In case of remote aircraft parking, the passenger will be waited for at the ramp, after which he will be delivered to the VIP lounge in a separate vehicle.

• If the passenger has baggage, he gives the tags to the VIP lounge employee. The baggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge.

• While waiting in the VIP lounge to receive baggage, the passenger can use the range of available services.

• The cost of the service includes the delivery of 2 pieces of baggage for one passenger, the 3rd and each subsequent piece are paid additionally.
