VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate facility offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable surroundings and take advantage of the following services:

1. Priority meet-and-greet and escort service for guests from the terminal to the aircraft and vice versa.

2. Separate check-in and baggage handling with no queues or waiting within the VIP zone.

3. Assistance with passport and customs control.

4. Comfortable waiting area for boarding.

5. Complimentary Wi-Fi, visual and audio flight information updates, private restrooms, and shower facilities.

Please note that the drop-off and pick-up parking is for short-term use only. The parking area is located opposite the VIP lounge entrance and is accessible via the barrier gate. When making a reservation, please provide the vehicle license plate number and make/model.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers are required to arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

• Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, passengers proceed to the check-in counter, where they complete the necessary formalities and check in their baggage. The pre-flight security screening is also conducted within the VIP lounge, accompanied by an airport staff member.

• After checking in for the flight, passengers may relax in the VIP lounge and make use of the additional services available.

• Once boarding is announced, a VIP lounge staff member escorts the passenger to the boarding bridge on a priority basis. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, separate transport is provided (individual transport is not guaranteed).

Arrival procedure:

• Upon disembarking the aircraft / at the boarding bridge, the passenger is met by a VIP lounge staff member holding a "VIP" sign, who will introduce themselves.

• In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, the passenger will be transported to the terminal by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

• If the passenger has checked baggage, they hand over the baggage tags to the VIP lounge staff member.

• While waiting in the VIP lounge for their baggage to be delivered, passengers may take advantage of the range of available services. The baggage will be brought to the VIP lounge.

• Upon receiving their baggage, passengers may request porter services.
