VIP Lounge

VIP Lounge is a separate facility with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check‑in and baggage drop‑off without queues or waiting, right within the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi‑Fi, press, digital TV.

4. Meals for passengers served as a buffet.

Please note that bar services are not included in the service fee and are payable by the passenger separately.

Passengers and those seeing off / meeting passengers can use the VIP parking for vehicle parking.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure (check‑in closes 40 minutes before departure) and proceed independently to the VIP Lounge through the separate entrance.

• Check‑in begins with passing pre‑flight security screening, after which the VIP Lounge agent handles check‑in and baggage registration for the passenger directly in the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for the boarding call, passengers can enjoy additional services of the VIP Lounge.

• Once boarding is announced, the passenger is invited to the exit of the VIP Lounge.

• Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is conducted accompanied by a staff member. In case the aircraft is parked at a remote stand, passengers will be transported to the aircraft steps by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

• After the aircraft has landed, the passenger must independently approach the VIP Lounge agent, who meets them with a "VIP" sign, and introduce themselves. The passenger will be taken to the terminal by separate transport; individual transport is not guaranteed.

• The VIP Lounge staff member collects the passenger's baggage using the baggage tags and delivers it to the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for the baggage to be delivered, the passenger spends time in the comfortable VIP Lounge, where they can take advantage of additional services.
