VIP Lounge is a separate area offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting zone.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of the following services:

1. Dedicated check-in and baggage handling without queues or waiting within the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi-Fi, press, and digital TV.

4. Conference room.

Please note that bar services are not included in the service fee and are to be paid for by the passenger separately.

Passengers and those seeing them off or meeting them may use the VIP parking area for an additional fee.

If you require assistance with baggage delivery from the terminal entrance to the VIP Lounge, please inform us when booking the service and contact a VIP Lounge staff member 10 minutes before arrival at: +7 (928) 079-84-78

Departure Procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport in advance (no later than 1.5 hours before departure for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights) and proceed independently to the VIP Lounge through the separate entrance in the right wing of the building.

• Check-in for the flight and baggage drop-off are carried out directly in the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may use the additional services of the VIP Lounge.

• After the boarding announcement, passengers are invited to the exit of the VIP Lounge.

• Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is conducted with an escort. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, passengers will be transported to the aircraft stairs by separate transport.

Arrival Procedure:

• After the aircraft landing is announced, passengers must approach the VIP Lounge agent, who will be waiting with a "VIP" sign, and identify themselves. Passengers will be transported to the terminal by separate transport.

• A VIP Lounge staff member will collect the passenger's baggage using the baggage claim tags and deliver it to the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for baggage delivery, passengers may spend time in the comfortable VIP Lounge and take advantage of additional services.
