VIP lounge

VIP Lounge is a separate facility offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable surroundings and take advantage of the following services:

1. Dedicated check-in and baggage handling with no queues or waiting within the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge zone.

3. Wi‑Fi and digital TV.

4. Restaurant and bar.

Please note: Restaurant and bar services are not included in the service fee and are payable by the passenger separately.

Passengers may also use the guarded VIP parking area for vehicle storage (up to 2 hours of parking are included in the service price).

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure (check‑in closes 40 minutes prior to departure) and proceed directly to the VIP Lounge check‑in counter on their own.

• Pre‑flight security screening, passenger check‑in, and baggage handling are carried out directly in the VIP Lounge by a staff member.

• While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may enjoy the additional services offered by the VIP Lounge.

• After the boarding announcement is made, passengers are invited to proceed to the VIP Lounge exit.

• Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers takes place accompanied by a staff member, after other passengers have boarded. Separate transport to the aircraft parking position is provided; however, individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

• After the aircraft landing is announced, passengers must independently approach the VIP Lounge agent, who will be waiting at the aircraft gangway with a VIP sign (unless a personalized name board has been ordered), and identify themselves. Passengers will be transported to the terminal by separate transport; individual transport is not guaranteed.

• A VIP Lounge staff member will collect the passenger's baggage using the baggage claim tags and deliver it to the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for the baggage to be delivered, passengers may stay in the comfortable VIP Lounge and take advantage of additional services.
