VIP Lounge

VIP Lounge – a separate facility offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in a comfortable environment and take advantage of the following services:

1. Vehicle access to the VIP entrance of the terminal.

2. Separate check-in and baggage handling with no queues or waiting within the VIP area.

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

4. Wi-Fi and digital TV.

5. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

6. Priority boarding (either first or last).

Please note that restaurant services are not included in the service fee and are to be paid for by the passenger separately.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers are required to arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure and proceed directly to the check-in desk in the VIP Lounge.

• Pre-flight security screening, passenger check-in, and baggage registration are carried out within the VIP Lounge by a dedicated staff member.

• While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may make use of the VIP Lounge's additional services.

• Once the boarding announcement is made, passengers are invited to proceed to the VIP Lounge exit.

• Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is conducted with the assistance of a staff member, either before or after other passengers board, and separate transportation is provided to the aircraft parking stand.

Arrival procedure:

• An airport staff member meets the passenger at the aircraft door, holding a VIP sign (or a name board upon request), and escorts them to the terminal building via the separate entrance for business-class passengers. Passengers are then required to approach the dispatcher on their own and identify themselves.

• While waiting for baggage delivery, passengers may spend time in the Business Lounge (baggage will be delivered to the terminal exit) and enjoy additional services.

• Exit from the terminal is via the separate exit designated for business-class passengers.
