The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues or waiting on the premises of the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi-Fi, digital TV.

4. Self-service buffet with cold and hot appetizers, pastries and desserts, soft drinks, tea, coffee.

5. Beer, wine, strong alcohol.

6. Porter services, baggage handling.

7. Transfer to the aircraft in a premium-class car.

8. Separate vehicle access and short-term parking.

Please note that this service is not individual and is provided for a family consisting of 2 to 4 people; an additional fee is charged for each subsequent family member.

VIP apartments (a separate rest room with a shower) and a meeting room are available by prior reservation, with payment on site.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the Fattal VIP terminal no later than 1.5 hours before the flight departure. Staff meet the passenger at the terminal at a pre-arranged location and escort them to the VIP lounge.

• After the preliminary screening of baggage and hand luggage, the VIP lounge agent independently checks in for the flight and processes the baggage, while the passenger settles into the comfortable waiting lounge. Staff will also assist with passport and customs control procedures.

• While waiting for the boarding invitation, the passenger can use the additional services of the VIP lounge.

• Before departure, the passenger is personally invited to undergo expedited pre-flight security screening in a special sector of the VIP lounge. After boarding for the flight begins, the passenger is taken to the aircraft stairs in a separate premium-class car with an escort.

Arrival procedure:

• A VIP lounge employee meets the passenger with a name sign at the exit from the jet bridge in the terminal. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, the passenger is awaited at the aircraft stairs and escorted to the VIP terminal in a separate premium-class car. The passenger must approach the VIP lounge agent independently.

• The passenger undergoes individual passport control and customs inspection at special counters in the VIP lounge. The passenger spends the time until baggage is delivered in the comfortable waiting lounge.

• Staff collect the baggage independently using the passenger's baggage receipts and deliver it to the VIP lounge or to the parking lot.
