VIP lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions, as well as use a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area.

2. Pre-flight inspection procedures in the VIP area.

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

4. Light snacks, drinks.

5. Wi-Fi, press, TV.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance.

• The passenger is met at a separate entrance to the terminal and escorted to the VIP lounge.

• Check-in for the flight, baggage handling and pre-flight procedures are carried out on the territory of the VIP lounge.

• The passenger waits for boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he/she can use a range of additional services.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and if necessary, will be taken to the ramp in a separate vehicle.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee and introduce himself.

• If the passenger has baggage, he gives the baggage tags to the VIP lounge employee (ZPK).

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge by separate transport.

• While waiting in the VIP lounge to receive luggage, the passenger can use a range of additional services.
