The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Registration of travel documents. 

2. Meeting and escorting guests to board the ship in a separate vehicle.

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

4. Help with luggage.

5. Hot and cold dishes, alcoholic and soft drinks.

6. Children's room, feeding and changing room.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the terminal no later than 1.5 hours before flight departure. 15 minutes before arrival, you must call +90-444-7-423.

• An airport employee meets the passenger at the terminal and escorts him to the VIP lounge. The passenger must independently approach the employee and introduce himself.

• The passenger is located in a comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to take advantage of additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• The VIP lounge employee independently checks the passenger and his luggage for the flight.

• The employee also helps the passenger during customs and passport control procedures.

• After the announcement that boarding has begun, the passenger is invited to exit the terminal and taken to the plane in a separate vehicle.
