VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate parking for passengers near the VIP lounge.

2. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the ship on separate transport.

3. Providing services for checking in passengers and their luggage in the VIP area.

4. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

5. Luggage packing.

Please notethat service through the VIP lounge is provided only for domestic flights. Passengers traveling on international flights can use the Fast Track service with the opportunity to stay in the business lounge upon departure.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour 20 minutes before the flight departure time.

• If necessary, a VIP lounge employee can meet the passenger at the entrance to the VIP terminal and help with luggage delivery to the check-in desk. To do this, you must call (921) 765-26-20 10 minutes before arrival.

• Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger is directed to the check-in counter, where he undergoes the necessary procedure and checks in luggage. 

• Having checked in for the flight, the passenger is located in the VIP lounge, having the opportunity to take advantage of additional services.

• < p>The VIP lounge employee invites the passenger to go through aviation security control, after which he accompanies the passenger to board his aircraft on a separate transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the aircraft, the passenger approaches the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduces himself. After which the passenger is escorted to the VIP lounge on a separate transport.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the tags to the VIP lounge employee.

• Waiting in the VIP lounge to claim baggage, a passenger can take advantage of the range of available services. The passenger's luggage is delivered directly to the VIP lounge.

• Having received the luggage, the passenger can use the services of a porter to his vehicle, or order a taxi.
