VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Registration of travel documents. 

2. Meeting and escorting guests to board the ship in a luxury car.

3. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

4. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

5. Wi-Fi, newspapers, cable TV.

6. Free parking for the duration of the service.

Please note that reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival or departure. The prices apply to the passenger’s presence in the VIP center for two hours before the planned departure or for two hours after actual arrival . For the time spent outside the specified conditions, the rent for the premises will be determined in accordance with the prices. The fee will not be determined in case of flight delay due to weather conditions or technical problems of the aircraft.

The airport reserves the right to refuse the service.

Bar services are subject to an additional fee (in lats).

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the VIP lounge no later than 1 hour before the flight departure.

• The passenger is located in a comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to take advantage of additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• VIP employee The lounge independently checks the passenger and his luggage for the flight.

• 15-20 minutes before departure, the passenger is invited to board.

• Guests of the VIP lounge are escorted to the plane in a separate comfortable car.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the terminal in the terminal, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a name plate or a sign with the inscription “VIP”, and introduce himself. In the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, the passenger will be waited on a separate transport at the ramp, after which he will be taken to the VIP lounge.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives luggage receipts to the VIP lounge employee . The luggage will be delivered by an employee to the VIP lounge.

• In the VIP lounge, the passenger independently undergoes passport control and customs inspection at special counters. At customs control, the service officer may ask you to place your hand luggage on a translucent device. If you have cash currency (in any quantity) or something that needs to be declared, then you must fill out a declaration.

• The passenger spends the time before the luggage is delivered to the VIP lounge in a comfortable VIP lounge , where he can take advantage of additional services.
