VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the ship on individual transport.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently.

If necessary, an employee The VIP lounge and baggage handler can meet the passenger at the entrance to the terminal and help with the delivery of luggage to the VIP lounge. To do this, you need to contact the VIP lounge agent 10 minutes before arrival by phone: +7-843-267-86-62.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure. There is no separate parking at the VIP lounge; the driver must enter the airport terminal using general rights and drop off the passenger at the entrance to the Business Terminal. 

• The passenger enters the Business Terminal (Terminal 2), completes the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• After this, the passenger is located in a comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to use additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• Before departure, a VIP lounge employee invites the passenger to the exit from the VIP lounge and delivers the passenger to the ramp on a separate comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the terminal in comfortable transport.

• Waiting in the VIP lounge for collection baggage, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
