VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the ship on individual transport.

2. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

4. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please note that bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid by the passenger independently.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.

Time of stay in The VIP lounge is for more than 2 hours: 1.5 hours before the scheduled flight departure time and 30 minutes after the plane departure in case of flight delay.

It is not allowed to bring or consume food in the VIP lounge, and also drinks, including alcoholic drinks, purchased outside the VIP lounge.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance ( no later than 1 hour before departure). The driver drops off the passenger near the entrance to the VIP lounge on the station square (15 minutes of parking are free, payment is on a general basis). Access directly to the entrance to the VIP lounge is paid additionally on the spot.

• To enter the VIP lounge, the passenger must give his last name, flight number and present an identification document. Those accompanying the passenger must state the name of the passenger they are escorting and his flight number. Persons accompanying the passenger are allowed into the VIP lounge no earlier than 2 hours before the expected departure time of the plane.

• In the VIP lounge, the passenger must go to the check-in counter, give the flight number and his last name The passenger checks in for the flight and checks in his luggage.

• After checking in, the passenger is located in a comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to use additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• After the announcement of boarding for the flight, an airport employee escorts the passenger through pre-flight security to the exit from the VIP lounge and delivers him to the plane in comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the plane, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee, who will greet him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself .

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• An airport employee will deliver the passenger in a comfortable transport to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• < p>While waiting in the VIP lounge for baggage collection, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• Those who meet the passenger must state the name of the passenger they are meeting and their flight number. Persons meeting the passenger are allowed into the VIP lounge 1 hour before the expected time of arrival of the aircraft. After entering the VIP lounge, greeters must go to the check-in desk and provide the name of the passenger they are meeting.
