VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

If you need to meet a passenger at the entrance to the terminal, you must contact an airport employee 5-10 minutes before arrival by phone +7 (347) 229-52-25.

Private parking at the entrance to the VIP lounge is paid additionally. When ordering parking, you will need to provide your car details.

Upon arrival, priority at border crossing is not guaranteed, but is provided subject to availability.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance (no less than 1 hour 20 minutes before departure, but not earlier than 3 hours before departure), go to the VIP lounge yourself and go to the check-in desk. If a request to meet a passenger has been previously submitted, he will be met by an airport employee at the entrance to the terminal. 

• A VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• Next, the passenger waits for boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• Before departure, a VIP lounge employee will invite the passenger to the common lounge to pass passport and customs control, which are carried out on a priority basis.

• Next, the passenger is escorted to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote aircraft parking, they are taken to the ramp in comfortable transport.< /p>

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee , who meets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge on comfortable transport and accompanied during customs clearance and passport control, which are carried out in the general hall in priority order.

• Waiting in the VIP lounge for baggage claim, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
