VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please note that bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.

If you need to meet a passenger at the entrance to the terminal, you must contact an airport employee 5-10 minutes before arrival by phone +7 (347) 229-52-25.

Private parking at the entrance to the VIP lounge is paid additionally. When ordering parking, you will need to provide your car details.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance (no less than 1 hour before departure, but not earlier than 3 hours before departure), go to the VIP lounge yourself and go to the check-in desk. If a request to meet a passenger has been previously submitted, he will be met by an airport employee at the entrance to the terminal. 

• A VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• Next, the passenger waits for boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• Pre-flight inspection is also carried out in the VIP lounge.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the ramp in comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who will greet him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce yourself.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge in comfortable transport.

• Waiting at VIP baggage claim room, passengers can take advantage of a range of additional services.
