VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV, shower, playroom for children.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

The passenger can visit duty-free shops accompanied by a VIP lounge employee (without subsequent return to the VIP lounge).

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no less than 2 hours before departure, proceed to the VIP lounge, and report to the check-in counter. If a passenger has a weapon or animal in their baggage, they must arrive at the airport no less than 2 hours and 30 minutes prior.

• If assistance with luggage is required, passengers must indicate this in the request, as well as the number of pieces of luggage. 15-30 minutes before arrival at the airport, please call +7 (495) 504 02 95.

• An airport employee will meet the passenger at a separate VIP entrance (No. 7), in the Aeroexpress terminal or in the P2 parking lot if the passenger requires assistance with luggage, and will escort him to the VIP lounge, where he will be checked in for the flight and baggage will be processed individually.

• A VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger to the transport security zone and customs control zone, where the passenger independently chooses the “green” or “red” corridor.

• After passing these zones, a VIP lounge employee meets the passenger and accompanies him through passport control, which is carried out in an expedited manner.

• Passengers await boarding in a comfortable lounge, where they can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• After boarding is announced, passengers are invited to the boarding gate, and if the aircraft is parked remotely, they will be transported to the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the airbridge, the passenger must personally approach the VIP lounge employee who will meet him with a sign “VIP” and introduce himself.

• When the aircraft is located at a remote parking stand, you will be transported to the VIP lounge in separate comfortable transport.

• A VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger through passport control, which is carried out on an expedited basis.

• If passengers have baggage, they hand over their baggage tags to a VIP lounge employee. The VIP lounge employee will assist in delivering the baggage to the customs control counters, where the passenger chooses the "green" or "red" corridor and proceeds through the customs control area independently (as required by airport customs).

• After passing customs control, a VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger to the VIP lounge or to the car.
