VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions, as well as use a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the aircraft on individual transport.

2. Separate registration and baggage check-in without queues and waiting in the VIP zone.

3. Assistance in passing passport and customs control.

4. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable relaxation area.

5. Free wireless Internet, press, satellite TV.

Please note that passengers on international flights have access to a separate VIP parking lot next to Terminal A (free for up to 1.5 hours). To get to the VIP parking, when ordering, you must specify the number and make of the car and contact the agent by phone 15 minutes before arrival: +7-495-255-21-21.

The cost of the service includes the delivery of 2 pieces of luggage for one passenger, the 3rd and each subsequent piece are paid additionally.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before the flight departure.

• 15 minutes before arrival at the airport, it is necessary to contact the VIP lounge dispatcher by phone: +7-495-255-21-21 or +7-903-162-48-17.

• At a separate entrance to the airport, a staff member will meet the passenger, help with luggage and take him to the VIP lounge, which is located on the 3rd floor of Terminal A.

• The passenger is located in a comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to use additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• After the boarding announcement, a VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger through pre-flight procedures and escorts him to the aircraft. In case of remote aircraft parking - the passenger will be delivered to the steps in a separate vehicle.

• The passenger can visit duty-free shops accompanied by a VIP lounge agent (without subsequently returning to the VIP lounge).

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the telerap in the terminal, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee who will meet him with a "VIP" sign and introduce himself. In case of remote aircraft parking, the passenger will be waited for at the steps, after which he will be delivered to the VIP lounge in a separate vehicle.

• If the passenger has baggage, he gives the tags to the VIP lounge employee. The baggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger goes through passport control on the 1st floor of the terminal accompanied by an airport employee, separately from other passengers. Next, the passenger is escorted to the VIP lounge.

• While waiting in the VIP lounge to receive baggage, the passenger can use the range of available services.

• The passenger also goes through customs inspection accompanied by a VIP lounge employee.

• The cost of the service includes the delivery of 2 pieces of baggage for one passenger, the 3rd and each subsequent piece are paid for additionally.
