VIP lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate facility offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage drop-off with no queues or waiting at the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi-Fi, press, and digital TV.

4. Snacks, soft drinks, tea, and coffee.

Please note that parking is available on a general basis at the airport's standard rates.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure and proceed independently to the VIP lounge check-in desk through the separate entrance in the right wing of the building.

• Flight check-in and baggage registration are carried out directly in the VIP lounge.

• While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may use the additional services of the VIP lounge.

• After the boarding announcement, passengers are invited to proceed to the exit of the VIP lounge.

• Boarding for VIP lounge passengers takes place accompanied by a staff member. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, passengers will be transported to the gangway by a separate vehicle. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

• After the aircraft landing announcement, passengers must personally approach the VIP lounge agent, who meets them with a "VIP" sign or a name sign (upon prior request), and identify themselves. Passengers will be transported to the terminal by a separate vehicle. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

• The VIP lounge staff member retrieves the passenger's luggage using the baggage claim tags and delivers it to the VIP lounge.

• While waiting for the luggage to be delivered, passengers spend time in the comfortable VIP lounge, where they can take advantage of additional services.
