VIP Lounge is a separate area offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting zone.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of the following services:

Separate check-in and baggage handling with no queues or waiting within the VIP area.
Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.
Wi-Fi, press, and digital TV.
Conference room.
Buffet with a selection of hot dishes, appetizers, desserts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Please note that vehicle access to the lounge (to the first line) is provided upon prior request and according to a separate price list, and is not included in the VIP service.

For an additional fee, the VIP Lounge offers à la carte dishes from the Taverna restaurant menu; bar services with the option to order drinks from the wine list; and a meeting room.

Departure procedure:

Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure and proceed directly to the VIP Lounge check-in desk.
Flight check-in and baggage registration are carried out directly in the VIP Lounge.
While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may use the additional services of the VIP Lounge.
After the boarding announcement, passengers are invited to leave the VIP Lounge after economy-class passengers.
Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is conducted with an escort by a staff member. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, passengers will be transported to the aircraft stairs by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

After the aircraft landing is announced, passengers must proceed to the VIP Lounge agent, who will be waiting with a "VIP" sign or a name board (upon prior request), and introduce themselves. Passengers will be transported to the terminal by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.
After that, passengers may proceed to the comfortable VIP Lounge and make use of the additional services.
