VIP Lounge

VIP Lounge is a separate area offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting zone.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of the following services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling with no queues or waiting within the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi-Fi and digital TV.

4. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

5. Separate parking.

Please note that restaurant services are provided according to a separate price list and are not included in the VIP service.

Separate parking is available (drive around the administrative building, passing through the second barrier gate). When ordering, please provide the vehicle license plate number and make. The service fee includes access to the lounge entrance for 1 vehicle per 1 passenger. Access for additional vehicles is paid on site according to airport rates.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure and proceed directly to the VIP Lounge check-in desk.

• Flight check-in and baggage registration are carried out directly in the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may use the additional services of the VIP Lounge.

• Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is conducted with an escort by a staff member. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, passengers will be transported to the aircraft stairs by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

• After the aircraft landing is announced, passengers must proceed to the VIP Lounge agent, who will be waiting with a "VIP" sign or a name board (upon prior request), and introduce themselves. Passengers will be transported to the terminal by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

• While waiting in the VIP Lounge for baggage delivery, passengers may take advantage of a range of additional services.
