VIP Lounge

VIP Lounge is a separate lounge with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues or waiting on the premises of the VIP Lounge.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi-Fi, press, satellite TV.

4. Transfer to/from the aircraft on comfortable transport.

5. Delivery of the passenger's baggage to the VIP Lounge.

Please note that bar services are not included in the service price and are paid for by the passenger separately.

Conference room and meeting room rental are also available for an additional fee.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure and proceed independently to the check-in desk in the VIP Lounge.

• Flight formalities and baggage check-in are handled in an expedited manner with the assistance of a VIP Lounge staff member.

• While waiting for the boarding invitation, the passenger may take advantage of the VIP Lounge's additional services.

• Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is carried out with staff escort. In the case of a remote aircraft stand, the passenger will be transported to the aircraft stairs on separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

• After the aircraft boarding announcement, the passenger must independently approach the VIP Lounge agent and identify themselves. The passenger will be transported to the terminal on separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

• While waiting for baggage delivery in the VIP Lounge, the passenger may take advantage of a range of additional services.
