VIP Lounge

The VIP room is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the ship on individual transport.

2. Providing services for checking in passengers and their luggage in the VIP area.

3. Comfortable seating area while waiting for boarding.

4. Separate parking.

5. Rest room with showers, cigar room.

6. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport in advance. You can check the exact time of arrival at the airport with our managers, as it depends on the direction of the flight (domestic flight or international flight).

• Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger is directed to at the check-in counter, where he goes through the necessary procedure and drops off his luggage. 

• Having checked in for the flight, the passenger is located in the VIP lounge, having the opportunity to take advantage of additional services.

• After the announcement of boarding for the flight, a VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger to the exit of the terminal and delivers him to the plane on an individual transport. 

• If the passenger departs on an international flight - he will be escorted through customs and passport control, after which, in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the aircraft on a separate transport.

Procedure arrival:

• When exiting the aircraft, the passenger approaches the VIP lounge employee who meets VIP passengers with a “VIP” sign, introduces himself and gives luggage tags to receive it luggage by an airport employee. Next, the passenger is taken by separate transport to the VIP lounge.

• If arriving on an international flight, the passenger is first escorted through border and passport control.

• The passenger is located in the VIP lounge, where he can use additional services.

• The luggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge. The passenger can use the services of a porter and, if necessary, order a taxi.
