VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the ship on comfortable transport.

2. Check-in and baggage check-in without queues or waiting, as a priority. 

3. Assistance in completing pre-flight/post-flight procedures.

4. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

5. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

Reservations must be made at least 2 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.

For To get to the entrance to the VIP lounge, you must indicate the number and make of the car when placing an order. The cost of the service must be clarified with the manager when placing an order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure. Registration ends 40 minutes before departure.

• The passenger independently enters the VIP lounge and goes to the check-in counter, where a VIP lounge employee will check in for the flight and check in luggage.

• After this, the passenger is located in a comfortable VIP lounge, having the opportunity to use additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• After the announcement Upon boarding the flight, the VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote aircraft parking, delivers the passenger to the ramp in a comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• Passengers of the VIP lounge leave the plane first.

• When exiting the telescopic ramp in the terminal, the passenger must approach to the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself. In the event of a remote parking of the aircraft, the passenger will be waited at the ramp, after which he will be taken to the VIP lounge in comfortable transport.

• If the passenger has luggage, he will give the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee . The luggage will be delivered by an employee to the VIP lounge.

• While waiting in the VIP lounge for baggage collection, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services. 

• Transit procedure:

  • VIP lounge passengers leave the plane first.

  • When exiting the terminal in the terminal, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself.
