HNA Haiyixuan VIP Lounge (Domestic)

1. Services and service standards are subject to what is available at the lounge on the day of use. Before redeeming the benefit, guests are welcome to check with the lounge staff for details of the services available.

2. Personal boarding reminders are not available at this lounge. Guests are advised to keep an eye on flight boarding information and to allow plenty of time to board. The lounge operator will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by guests or their accompanying travellers as a result of missing their flight.

3. If you wish to use the lounge from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM, you may do so directly in the lounge for a fee set by the lounge.

4. Access is available only to the guest named on a valid same-day departure or arrival boarding pass, which must be presented at the lounge.
