CIP room

The CIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the CIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Assistance in preparing travel documents. 

2. Meeting and escorting guests from/to the ship in a separate vehicle.

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

4. Wi-Fi, press.

Please notethat the maximum duration of stay in the CIP room is up to 3 hours, each subsequent hour is paid additionally.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than , than 1.5 hours before the flight departure and go to the CIP room at the check-in counter on your own. An airport employee helps you check-in and baggage.

• Next, the passenger settles in a comfortable CIP lounge.

• Passport and customs clearance , sanitary control and screening by aviation security personnel will also be organized in the CIP lounge.

• Before departure, an airport employee will invite the passenger to board the board through a separate boarding gate (in the case of a jet bridge) , or will deliver the passenger to the ramp on a separate vehicle.

Arrival procedure:

• When When exiting the plane, the passenger must approach the airport employee who meets him with a special sign and introduce himself. The employee will take the passenger to the CIP lounge on a separate transport.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage receipts to the airport employee. The baggage will be delivered by an employee to the CIP lounge.

• The passenger undergoes passport control, customs inspection and the necessary post-flight procedures accompanied by an airport employee in the CIP lounge.

• The passenger spends the time before baggage delivery in a comfortable CIP lounge, where he can use additional services.
