VIP Lounge

VIP lounge is a separate facility with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also use a number of services:

1. Meeting and escorting guests from and to the aircraft on comfortable transport.

2. Priority check-in and baggage handling.

3. Assistance with pre-flight/post-flight procedures.

Please note that access to the VIP terminal is usually not included in the service for international flights.

Bar services are not included in the service cost and are paid for by the passenger independently.

Accompanying persons/those seeing off the passenger may leave their car in the free parking lot opposite the VIP terminal for the duration of the passenger's service. To access the VIP parking lot when ordering the service, it is necessary to provide the car's license plate number and make/model.

Departure Procedure:

Domestic flights:

The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure and proceed independently to the VIP lounge, which is located in a separate VIP terminal building.

An airport employee assists the passenger with flight check-in, baggage check-in, and passing through pre-flight security screening.

The passenger stays in the comfortable VIP lounge area, having the opportunity to use additional services while waiting for boarding.

After the flight boarding is announced, a VIP lounge employee escorts the passenger to the boarding gate, and in case of a remote aircraft stand, delivers the passenger to the aircraft steps via comfortable transport.

International flights:

The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance and proceed independently to the VIP lounge, which is located in a separate VIP terminal building. An employee accompanies the passenger to the passenger terminal.

An airport employee assists the passenger with flight registration and baggage check-in.

Next, a VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger during passport and customs control procedures.

After completing the pre-flight procedures, which the passenger undergoes in the general hall, the passenger is delivered to the aircraft steps via comfortable transport.

Arrival Procedure:

Domestic flights:

Upon exiting the aircraft steps, the passenger needs to approach the VIP lounge employee who is meeting them with a "VIP" sign, introduce themselves, and hand over their baggage claim tags (if they have checked baggage). The baggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge by the employee.

While waiting in the VIP lounge for their baggage, the passenger may use a range of additional services.

International flights:

Upon exiting the aircraft steps, the passenger needs to approach the VIP lounge employee who is meeting them with a "VIP" sign and introduce themselves.

An airport employee delivers the passenger to the VIP lounge via comfortable transport and assists the passenger with passing through passport control in the airport's general hall.

Next, the passenger is escorted to the general hall to collect their baggage, and after baggage collection, to the customs control area and to the terminal exit.
