VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, digital TV.

4. Passengers are served buffet style.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently.

Passengers and accompanying persons /meeting persons can use the VIP parking services for short-term parking of the car. To do this, when ordering the service, you must indicate the number and make of the car. The service is paid additionally.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure ( check-in ends 40 minutes before departure) and go to the VIP lounge yourself.

• A VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

The passenger goes to a comfortable waiting room on the second floor, where he can use additional services while waiting to board the flight.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to exit VIP lounge.

• Passengers in the VIP lounge are boarded in accordance with the selected service (delivery by vehicle or without the use of a vehicle).

Arrival procedure:

• After the landing of the plane is announced, the VIP lounge agent drives up to the aircraft in a special vehicle. The passenger must be warned about the ordered service, approach the agent independently and give his last name. When all the VIP lounge passengers arriving on the same flight approach the employee, he will take the passengers to the terminal.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage receipts to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered by an employee to the first floor of the VIP lounge.

• The passenger spends the time before the baggage delivery in a comfortable VIP lounge, where he can take advantage of additional services.

• Delivery of VIP lounge passengers is carried out in accordance with the selected service (by vehicle or without the use of a vehicle).
