VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please note that bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.

Meeting persons are allowed in the VIP room the hall no earlier than 1 hour before the flight, and mourners - no earlier than 2 hours. Staying in the lounge for accompanying persons is paid additionally.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance (for domestic flights - not less than 1 hour before flight departure, for international - no less than 1.5 hours before flight departure). The driver can drive under the barrier to a separate entrance to the VIP room, in which case the travel is paid additionally on site according to the established price list, or stop the car at the barrier for a short-term parking and disembarkation of the passenger.

• The passenger independently enters the VIP lounge and goes to the check-in desk.

• A VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• The passenger awaits boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• After the boarding announcement, passengers are invited to the boarding gate. If they are flying internationally, they will be invited to the common area for pre-flight procedures. Passengers will be accompanied through customs by an agent and a concierge. Passengers pass through border control and pre-flight inspection (aviation security) independently, on a general basis, without being accompanied by an agent (accompanied by a concierge on charter flights, if assistance with hand luggage is required). If a flight is delayed for technical reasons, the passenger cannot leave the international departure lounge. Picking up the passenger is only possible if the flight is cancelled or the passenger refuses to depart on the delayed flight.

• If the aircraft is parked remotely, the passenger will be taken to the ramp on a separate vehicle.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who meets him with a “VIP” sign and introduce himself. 

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• After meeting all VIP passengers who arrived on the same flight, the agent accompanies them by separate transport.

• In the event , if a passenger has arrived on an international flight, he or she independently goes through passport and customs control procedures in the common hall.

• While waiting in the VIP lounge for baggage claim, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
