VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently.

Passengers and accompanying/meeting persons can drive to the entrance to the VIP room for short-term parking (no more than 5 minutes). To do this, when placing an order, you must indicate the number and make of the car.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than less than 1 hour before flight departure (check-in ends 40 minutes before departure), go to the VIP lounge yourself and go to the check-in counter. The driver can drive to the entrance to the VIP lounge for a short-term stop and drop off a passenger (no more than 5 minutes).

• A VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• The passenger awaits boarding in a comfortable hall, where he can take advantage of additional services.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to a separate pre-flight inspection point in the VIP lounge, then to the boarding gate. In case of remote parking of the aircraft, the passenger will be taken to the ramp by separate transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who meets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself. 

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The baggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the terminal on a separate transport.

• Waiting in the VIP lounge for collection baggage, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
