VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport in advance (at least 1 hour before flight departure), go to the VIP lounge on their own and apply to the check-in counter.

• The VIP lounge employee checks in for the flight and checks in baggage.

• The passenger waits to board in a comfortable lounge on the 2nd floor, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate. In case of remote parking of the aircraft, the passenger will be taken to the ramp by separate transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who meets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself. 

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is taken to the terminal in comfortable transport.

• The passenger is escorted to the VIP -hall. While waiting in the VIP lounge for baggage claim, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
