VIP Lounge "Governor's"

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area.

2. Light snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please notethat Bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid by the passenger independently. On the second floor of the terminal, tea and coffee are provided as a compliment.

Passenger accommodation in the VIP lounge before check-in (check-in begins 2 hours before flight departure) is paid additionally. 

Individual pickup baggage by an airport employee with delivery of baggage to the VIP lounge or parking lot is paid additionally. Only when ordering this service can an arriving passenger visit the VIP lounge and spend time in a comfortable lounge before collecting luggage.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance (at least 1 hour before flight departure), independently go to the VIP section and go to the check-in counter.

• VIP employee the hall carries out the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• The passenger is escorted to the 2nd floor and helped to go through pre-flight inspection.

• Then the passenger waits boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the ramp in a comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the jet bridge in the terminal, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee who meets him with a "VIP" sign and introduce himself. In the case of a remote aircraft parking, the passenger will be waited for at the jet bridge and taken to the terminal in a separate vehicle.

• If the passenger has ordered the individual baggage claim service, he/she gives the baggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The baggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge. To order the individual baggage claim service, when placing the order, please contact us by phone at (495) 795-00-77.

• Also, if the individual baggage claim service is ordered, the passenger can spend time before claiming the baggage in the VIP lounge, where he/she can use a range of additional services.

• If the passenger has not ordered the individual baggage claim service, the passenger will receive the baggage independently and proceed to the airport exit.
