VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area. Complementary tea and coffee are provided.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. On the second floor of the terminal, tea and coffee are provided as a compliment.

Access is provided to travel along the first line of the parking complex to the VIP hall parking lot for the purpose of boarding/disembarking a passenger with a time spent in the parking lot of no more than 15 minutes.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport in advance (for domestic flights - at least 1 hour before flight departure, for international - no less than 1.5 hours before flight departure). If a passenger needs help with luggage, an airport employee will meet him at the entrance to the VIP terminal and escort him to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger independently enters the VIP lounge and goes to the counter check-in.

• The VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• The passenger awaits boarding in a comfortable lounge where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the ramp on a separate vehicle.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee who will greet him with a “VIP” sign and introduce yourself. 

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge on a separate transport.

• Waiting at VIP baggage claim room, passengers can take advantage of a range of additional services.
