VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, satellite TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in a premium class car.

Please notethat bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at airport in advance (no less than 1 hour before departure if the passenger is flying on a domestic flight, and no less than 1.5 hours if on an international flight), go to the VIP lounge yourself and go to the check-in counter.

• The VIP lounge employee performs the check-in and baggage check-in procedure.

• If the passenger is flying on an international flight, he will be invited to go through separate passport and customs control at VIP lounge.

• Next, the passenger waits for boarding in a comfortable lounge, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• After the announcement of At the beginning of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the ramp in a premium car.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself.

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge in a premium car.

• If a passenger has arrived on an international flight, he undergoes passport and customs control in the VIP lounge.

• Waiting in the comfortable baggage claim hall, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
