VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area.

3. Wi-Fi, newspapers, cable TV.

4. Delivery to/from the aircraft in comfortable transport.

Please note that bar services are not included in the cost of service and are paid for by the passenger independently. 

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.

Passengers can leave their car in a separate parking lot. Parking time is paid according to the price list. To travel to the VIP parking, when placing an order, you must indicate the number and make of the car.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at airport in advance (at least 1 hour before flight departure), go to the VIP lounge yourself and go to the check-in counter.

• A VIP lounge employee carries out the registration and registration procedure luggage Check-in takes place on the ground floor, then the passenger waits for boarding in a comfortable hall on the second floor, where he can take advantage of a range of additional services.

• Pre-flight inspection is also carried out in the VIP lounge.

• After the announcement of the start of boarding, the passenger is invited to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, he will be taken to the ramp in comfortable transport.

Arrival procedure:

• When exiting the ramp, the passenger must independently approach the VIP lounge employee, who greets him with a “VIP” sign, and introduce himself .

• If the passenger has luggage, he gives the luggage tags to the VIP lounge employee. The luggage will be delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.

• The passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge in comfortable transport.

• Waiting at VIP baggage claim room, passengers can take advantage of a range of additional services.
