VIP Lounge

VIP Lounge is a separate facility offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable surroundings and take advantage of the following services:

1. Dedicated check-in and baggage handling with no queues or waiting within the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge zone.

3. Wi‑Fi, newspapers, and digital TV.

Please note: The VIP Lounge operates according to the actual flight schedule. The lounge features a meeting room for up to 12 people (available upon separate booking) and a café with a varied menu (available at an additional charge).

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure (check‑in closes 40 minutes prior to departure) and proceed to the VIP Lounge via the separate entrance and pre‑flight security checkpoint.

• Passengers receive priority check‑in for their flight and baggage drop‑off at a dedicated counter.

• After that, passengers may settle in the comfortable VIP Lounge, which has 30 seats, and enjoy additional services while waiting for boarding.

• Airport staff will personally invite passengers to board the flight and escort them to the aircraft by a separate minibus, accompanied by VIP Lounge administrators.

Arrival procedure:

• Passengers are met at the aircraft gangway and transported by minibus to the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for their baggage to be delivered, passengers stay in the comfortable VIP Lounge, where they can use additional services. Baggage will be delivered by an airport staff member.
