Please note that for the arrival service, 1 hour of lounge stay is included.

For an additional fee, you can purchase access to individual rest rooms – the VIP service offers eight exclusive suites on the upper level, featuring panoramic views of the airport, private bathrooms, in-room service, and enhanced comfort upon prior reservation.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour 30 minutes before the flight departure.

• At the entrance to the VIP terminal, passengers are greeted by a staff member and a porter, who escort them through expedited check-in and security procedures.

• Waiting for boarding takes place in a comfortable VIP lounge, offering a wide range of services for the most enjoyable time. The stay duration is 3 hours.

• Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure, with a staff member accompanying the passenger to the aircraft gangway via a private vehicle.

Arrival procedure:

• Passengers are greeted at the aircraft gangway with a name sign and escorted to the VIP terminal in a comfortable Mercedes Maybach vehicle. Passengers must personally approach the staff member, introduce themselves, and hand over baggage claim tags to the agent if they have checked luggage.

• The passenger then proceeds through passport control at the VIP terminal, accompanied by a staff member, in an expedited manner.

• Waiting for luggage takes place in a comfortable VIP lounge, offering a wide range of services for the most enjoyable time. The stay duration is 1 hour.

• Afterward, the passenger is escorted to the parking area.
