VIP Lounge

VIP Lounge is a separate facility offering a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP Lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable surroundings and take advantage of the following services:

1. Dedicated check-in and baggage handling without queues or waiting within the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi-Fi, press, and digital TV.

4. Conference room.

5. Snacks, beverages, and fruit.

Please note that bar services are not included in the service fee and are payable by the passenger separately.

The time spent in the lounge is limited to two hours for departures and one hour for arrivals. Staying in the lounge beyond the allotted time costs RUB 600 for each additional hour for departures and RUB 400 for arrivals.

Passengers and their accompanying persons (those seeing off or meeting passengers) may use the parking facilities for vehicle parking on a general basis, in accordance with the airport's tariffs.

Departure procedure:

• Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure and proceed independently to the VIP Lounge via the separate entrance in the right wing of the building.

• Check-in for the flight and baggage registration are handled directly in the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for the boarding call, passengers may take advantage of the additional services offered by the VIP Lounge.

• After the boarding announcement, passengers are invited to proceed to the VIP Lounge exit after all other passengers.

• Boarding for VIP Lounge passengers is conducted accompanied by a staff member. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, passengers will be transported to the aircraft steps by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

• After the aircraft landing is announced, the passenger must proceed independently to the VIP Lounge agent, who will be meeting them with a "VIP" sign or a name sign (by prior arrangement), and identify themselves. Passengers will be transported to the terminal by separate transport. Individual transport is not guaranteed.

• A VIP Lounge staff member retrieves the passenger's baggage using the baggage claim tags and delivers it to the VIP Lounge.

• While waiting for the baggage to be delivered, the passenger stays in the comfortable VIP Lounge, where they may use additional services.
