VIP lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers can relax in comfortable conditions and take advantage of a number of services:

1. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues or waiting on the premises of the VIP area.

2. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable lounge area.

3. Wi-Fi, TV.

Please note that restaurant and bar services are not included in the price of the VIP lounge and are paid for on site.

For an additional fee, a meeting room is also available for rent.

Entry to the airport territory and parking are paid on a general basis according to the airport's tariffs.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight departure and independently proceed to the check-in desk in the VIP lounge.

• Flight check-in and baggage registration are carried out in an expedited manner with the assistance of a VIP lounge employee.

• While waiting for the boarding invitation, the passenger can use the additional services of the VIP lounge.

• Boarding for VIP lounge passengers is carried out with an escort by an employee. In the case of a remote aircraft parking position, the passenger will be taken to the aircraft stairs by a separate vehicle. An individual vehicle is not guaranteed.

Arrival procedure:

• After the boarding announcement, the passenger is met by a VIP lounge agent at the aircraft stairs in a car with the word "VIP" on the windshield. The passenger must independently approach the dispatcher, introduce themselves, and hand over the baggage tags if there is checked baggage. The passenger is then taken to the terminal in a separate vehicle. An individual vehicle is not guaranteed.

• While waiting for baggage delivery in the VIP lounge, the passenger can take advantage of a range of additional services.
