The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also use a number of services:

1. Registration of travel documents.

2. Meeting and accompanying guests to the aircraft in a separate car.

3. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable rest area.

4. Help with luggage.

5. Hot and cold meals, alcoholic and soft drinks.

6. Children's room, feeding and changing room.

Arrival procedure:

• Upon exiting the jetbridge into the terminal, the passenger must approach the VIP lounge employee who will meet him with a nameplate or a sign with the inscription "VIP" and introduce himself. In the case of a remote aircraft parking, the passenger will be waited for in a separate vehicle at the ramp, after which he will be taken to the VIP lounge.

• If the passenger has baggage, he/she gives the baggage receipts to the VIP lounge employee. The baggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge by the employee.

• The passenger goes through passport control and customs inspection accompanied by the employee in the VIP lounge in an expedited mode.

• The passenger spends the time before the luggage is delivered to the VIP lounge in a comfortable VIP lounge, where he/she can use additional services.

• After receiving the luggage, the employee accompanies the passenger to the exit of the terminal.
