VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the ship on individual transport.

2. Providing services for checking in passengers and their luggage in the VIP zone.

3. Comfortable seating area while waiting for boarding.

4. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

5. The passenger can visit duty-free shops accompanied by a VIP lounge agent (without subsequent return to the VIP lounge).

Please notethat bar/restaurant services in the VIP lounge are not included included in the cost of ordering VIP service and is paid by the client himself! To avoid conflict situations, the passenger must know that a VIP room has been reserved for him. Since when a passenger passes through the general hall, if the passage through the VIP lounge is ordered for him, the cost of the service is not reimbursed.

Please also note that depending on the time of order placement, an urgent tariff may apply. The final price will be indicated before payment for the order.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the flight departure time.

• When entering the VIP lounge, the passenger must provide his last name and flight number .

• Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger goes to the check-in counter, where he goes through the necessary procedure and checks in his luggage. 

• Waiting for boarding takes place in a comfortable hall, where the passenger can take advantage of additional services.

• Before departure, the passenger is invited to the common hall to undergo passport control and pre-flight inspection. Passengers go through customs and border control independently.

• A VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger to the boarding gate, and in the case of a remote parking of the aircraft, they deliver him to the ramp on a separate transport for VIP passengers .

Arrival procedure:

• When leaving the aircraft, the passenger approaches the VIP employee the hall greeting VIP passengers with a “VIP” sign, states his last name and the direction from which he arrived. 

• After meeting all VIP passengers who arrived on the same flight, an employee accompanies them to the common room for passport and customs control. In the case of a remote aircraft parking, they will provide separate transport to the terminal.

• Passengers go through customs and border control independently. 

• Next, passengers will be accompanied by an employee to collect their luggage in the VIP lounge.
