VIP terminal

The VIP lounge is a separate room with a full range of services and a comfortable waiting area.

By purchasing access to the VIP lounge, passengers will be able to relax in comfortable conditions and also take advantage of a number of services:

1. Meeting and accompanying guests from and to the ship on individual transport.

2. Separate check-in and baggage handling without queues and waiting in the VIP area. 

3. Assistance in passing passport and customs control.

4. Waiting for boarding in a comfortable seating area equipped with massage chairs.

5. Free wireless Internet, newspapers, satellite TV.

Please notethat the Sochi VIP lounge does not serve passengers departing on international flights. 

The passenger can leave the car in the VIP terminal parking lot. The first 10 minutes of parking are free, subsequent time is paid at the automated counters upon departure.

Departure procedure:

• The passenger must arrive to the airport no later than 1 hour before flight departure.

• Upon arrival at the VIP terminal, the passenger goes to the check-in counter, where he goes through the necessary procedure, checks in his luggage and goes through the pre-flight procedure inspection. 

• Having checked in for the flight, the passenger is located in the VIP lounge, having the opportunity to take advantage of additional services.

• After boarding the flight is announced, a VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger to board his plane using individual transport.

Arrival procedure:
